Welcome to the 2022 HOKA ONE ONE Chicago Half Marathon & 5K Run Club Program. The purpose of the Run Club Program is to create a fun and engaging environment with the goal of building more meaningful relationships within our running community.
Prospective Run Clubs
Applications for the 2022 HOKA Chicago Half Marathon & 5K Run Club Program are now available. We appreciate all of the run clubs that will be a part of race weekend and look forward to adding new and returning clubs to next year’s race.

Midway Mile Chasers
Chicago Midway Mile Chasers have been running as a group on the southwest side of Chicago since 2013. We welcome all levels. NO one is left behind. We run for fun and when we need to train for many races, triathlons & bike events. We are a family that loves to run and get together to help encourage each other accomplish many health goals.

Northlake Running Group - N.R.G.
The Northlake Running Group was created in 2020 however, our season was put on hold due to Covid. Just like many other running groups we are trying to help our community be active again. Northlake, IL is a small town of friendly people and filled with people who love to run. Our goal as a group is to show the masses that running will transform the mind, body and spirit. We accept all runners and anyone looking for a challenge.

The RunJunkEes® run club offers all of the benefits of traditional run club. We aim to take the intimidation out of the equation that keeps many people from joining a traditional club. We share training ideas, accomplishments and failures. We support, motivate, encourage and educate one another through our common passion…running. We also welcome runners of all paces.
Go Run IIT (GRIIT)
GRIIT is Illinois Institute of Technology’s first-ever running and fitness club for beginners, running gods, social runners, and anyone willing to lace up and have fun. GRIIT was created during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic when students were sent home to complete the remainder of their semester away from their friends. As brand new friends in their freshman year Yasi and Gio promised that when the pandemic was over, they would run a 5k together in Chicago. Now, Yasi and Gio are the president and vice president of Go Run IIT, with 40 other members who are passionate about getting fit with their fellow students.
