A race expo doesn’t have to be boring – The Healthy Way of Life Expo steps outside your traditional convention hall while bringing together sponsors, vendors, retailers, nutritionists and more for a unique expo experience. The Healthy Way of Life Expo focuses on you – your health, fitness and wellness. You’ll find the traditional packet pickup, as well as the latest running and fitness gear, sampling and information on equipment and nutrition.

Expo details will be available closer to race weekend.

Willis Tower

Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, Willis Tower is an iconic urban destination and state-of-the art, human-centered workplace. Standing 1,450 feet and 110 stories tall, Willis Tower is one of the world’s tallest buildings, offering the region’s most breathtaking views of Chicago and Lake Michigan. Willis Tower’s 103rd – floor Skydeck attracts more than 1.7 million visitors annually.

Willis Tower recently underwent a $500 million restorative street-to-sky transformation that included the addition of Catalog, a 300,000 square-feet curated dining, entertainment and community experience, as well as a 30,000 square-foot outdoor terrace and 150,000 square feet of tenant amenity spaces. Willis Tower is the largest building in the country to have achieved LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Packet Pickup

All participants must pick up their race bib during one of the Packet Pick Up times above, unless they purchased the Race Day Will Call option for $40.

Participants must bring a photo ID to pick up their race packet. Participants may pick up on behalf of their friends/family by presenting a copy of the participant’s photo ID. A digital photo on a cell phone will suffice.

NOTE: There is NO Race Day Packet Pick Up for those who did not purchase Race Day Will Call. Please plan accordingly.

Parking

Parking around Willis Tower is very limited. We highly encourage you to use public transport or ride sharing options, if possible. Convenient parking options can be found below.

Located just across the street from the Willis Tower S Franklin St entrance.

  • Vehicle Entrance: Westbound on Adams St, Southbound on Wells St, and Northbound on Franklin St

Additional Packet Pickup Information

Participants will receive a race bib with timing chip attached and safety pins. After, participants will visit the Expo on Lower Level of Willis Tower to pick up their race shirt*, goodie bag, and clear plastic Gear Check bag. The clear plastic bag is required for those who plan to utilize Gear Check at the venue.

*Those who wish to exchange shirt sizes may do so at the Results Tent on Race Day, subject to available sizes. Shirt exchange will only be available after Will Call Packet Pick Up is over.

Bib Assignment
Dynamic bib assignment will be conducted at Packet Pickup.

What does this mean? Athletes will receive their bib number at the point of picking up their race packet. Corral placement is done by estimated finishing time. Your corral letter will be shown on a card given to you at Packet Pickup. You will then receive your corral wristband at Shirts/Goodie Bag pickup.

Any request to move to a faster corral, or to switch race distances must be made at the Solutions kiosk during Packet Pickup. Be sure to check you corral before leaving Packet Pickup.

*5K athletes will be self-seeded based on their provided run time.

Participants must complete the medical information on the back of the bib – which must be worn.
