Run Club Program
Overview
Welcome to the 2024 Life Time Chicago Half Marathon & 5K Run Club Program. We welcome your run club to join us as we run along Lake Shore Dr. and through the historic Jackson Park. For over two decades, our race has partnered with over 50 run clubs throughout the Chicagoland area and neighboring states to provide a challenging yet also rewarding experience for your avid runners. In addition to the unforgettable experience you and your run club will share together, your group will also receive race perks to make the experience even better! The first perk you and your athletes will receive is a discount of $10 off of your registration. After that, as your team grows, you will earn additional perks such as a finish fest space, comp codes, and VIP access.

Club/Team Levels
Below are the different levels of the run club program, each based on the number of athletes registered under your run club. Final roster counts to earn race accommodations will be made on August 30, 2024, or when the race reaches capacity, whichever happens first.
*Please note, if your group will have less than 10 registered athletes, we will still recognize your partnership on our website.
Finish Fest Space and Tent
When your run club accumulates 10 or more participants, you will receive a complimentary Finish Fest space with tent to act as your hangout destination post-race.
*If you plan on providing your own tent, please communicate this with the event’s program manager.
**All tents will come with 1-6′ table and 2 chairs. If you require additional equipment or would like to alter the base offering, please reach out to the event’s program manager with your request.
Comp. Codes
For every 25 participants that register under your run club, you will earn 1 fully comped discount code. This code can be distributed to anyone of your choosing (i.e. coaches, non-registered athletes, club staff, etc.) Talk about an awesome perk!!
VIP Tickets
The amount of VIP tickets your group earns is determined by the final roster count made on September 4, 2023. (I.e. if your club accumulates 45 participants, you will receive 1 VIP pass. However, if you’re able to recruit 5 more participants, you will receive 2 VIP passes.)
*Please note: You can still accumulate participants past the September 4th deadline. Your club registration code is valid until September 20, 2023 or when the race reaches capacity.
Additional Equipment Needs
If your run club has qualified for a finish fest space and requires additional equipment, you MUST notify the program manager prior to September 8th. This is the deadline for equipment to be ordered. Any group that has not requested additional equipment by then will receive the standard equipment allocation. Please see the chart below for additional equipment costs.
