Overview
Welcome to the 2024 Life Time Chicago Half Marathon & 5K Corporate Wellness Program. We welcome your corporate teams to join us as we run along Lake Shore Dr. and through the historic Jackson Park. This program was created and developed with the awareness that team camaraderie along with the growing trend of promoting physical activities within the workplace is an important aspect of your business. With that said, we’d love for you and your coworkers to join us on the final Sunday in September. Let’s get this party started by registering your group via the link at the bottom of this page!
In addition to the unforgettable experience you and your colleagues will share together, your group will also receive race perks to make the experience even better! The first perk you and your colleagues will receive is a discount of $10 off of your registration. After that, as your team grows, you will earn additional perks such as a reserved finish fest area, comp codes, and VIP access.

Corporate Perks
Below are the different levels of the corporate wellness program, each based on the number of athletes participating under your corporate team. Final roster counts to earn race accommodations will be made on August 30, 2024, or when the race reaches capacity, whichever happens first.
*Please note, if your group will have less than 10 registered athletes, we will still recognize your partnership on our website.
Finish Fest Space and Tent
When your corporate team accumulates 10 or more participants, you will receive a complimentary Finish Fest space with tent to act as your hangout destination pre and post-race.
*If you plan on providing your own tent, please communicate this with the event’s program manager.
**All tents will come with 1-6′ table and 2 chairs. If you require additional equipment or would like to alter the base offering, please reach out to the event’s program manager with your request.
Comp. Codes
For every 25 participants that register under your corporate team, you will earn 1 fully comped registration code. This code can be distributed through your organization by any means that you see fit (i.e. a significant other, employee of the month, child of a colleague, etc.) Talk about an awesome perk!!
VIP Tickets
The amount of complimentary VIP tickets your group earns is determined by the final roster count made on September 4, 2023. (I.e. if your corporate team accumulates 45 participants, you will receive 1 VIP pass. However, if you’re able to recruit 5 more participants, you will receive 2 VIP passes.) In the past, some corporate teams have also used these tickets as a performance incentive.
*Please note: You can still accumulate participants past the September 4th deadline. Your team’s registration code is valid until September 20, 2023 or when the race reaches capacity.
Additional Equipment Needs
If your corporate team has qualified for a finish fest space and requires additional equipment, you MUST notify the program manager prior to September 8th. This is the deadline for equipment to be ordered. Any group that has not requested additional equipment by then will receive the standard equipment allocation. Please see the chart below for additional equipment costs.
