Exhibitor Information
PRE-EVENT LOAD-IN
Option 1: Drive in
All Vehicles MUST load-in on Saturday, September 28. Saturday vehicle load-in is from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. This option applies to exhibitors who need to drive their vehicle into Jackson Park in order to unload their booth materials.
NOTE: Vehicles cannot drive on the grass within the Finish Festival at Jackson Park.
All vehicles entering Jackson Park must enter from Lake Shore Drive at Hayes, head WB on Hayes from Lake Shore Drive to the first parking lot on the North side of Hayes. When you arrive, please call Karissa at 612-619-2755. Once load-in is complete, vehicles must immediately leave the park.
Option 2: Transport of items from the Expo
The Exhibitor will load out of the Expo using the Chicago Half truck, which will drive materials to Jackson Park at approximately 9 p.m. after the end of the Expo on Saturday.
Vendors must stay with their materials at the Expo until they are loaded onto the Chicago Half truck at Morgan Manufacturing. All vendors must indicate that they’d like to utilize the Chicago Half truck on the Expo reservation form and must be pre-approved based on truck space availability. The truck will be unloaded in Jackson Park at 4am on Sunday, September 29.
Life Time is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen materials.
Option 3: Hand carry equipment into Jackson Park
This option applies to vendors who are able to hand carry their booth materials into Jackson Park Sunday (9/29) morning. Tents must be set up and ‘race ready’ by 7:30 a.m. on race morning.
POST-EVENT LOAD-OUT
- Move out of the Finish Festival will begin at 12:00 p.m. All exhibitors must remain open and active until 12:00 p.m.
- During move out, vehicle access will be restricted based on the number of vehicles entering and exiting the Festival area. Vehicles may not block other exhibitors or official race vehicles. Any abandoned vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- There is no ship out services available after the Finish Festival ends. Vendors must plan to load out all materials.
- All discarded materials must be picked up, bagged and placed along the curb or within provided trash/recycling receptacles.
VEHICLES
All vehicles MUST load in on Saturday, September 28th. There will be no vehicles permitted in Jackson Park at any other time. Please see Load-In Option 1: Drive In (above) for more details.
TENT ASSIGNMENT
Life Time will assign tent spaces to exhibitors based on contract requirements and the products being displayed. Final assignments will be sent to exhibitors prior to the Finish Festival.
TENT SET UP & RESTRICTIONS
Exhibitor’s materials must fit within the tent space and may not obstruct walkways, general view and other exhibitors. No handouts or flyers may be passed out or posted outside of the assigned space. This will be strictly enforced. Any special tent construction must be submitted for prior approval. Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use space for any other reason without prior written approval. Vehicles are not permitted as part of a booth unless pre-approved by Life Time. This is an outdoor event so all tents must be weighted. Exhibitors must provide their own weights if they are utilizing their own tents. There must be at least 25lbs. on each leg of the tent.
INCIDENTALS
Exhibitors are responsible for transportation of equipment, materials, parking, etc. and for providing any additional necessary items for their space including but not limited to, power and ice, at their own expense.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Exhibitors are not permitted to sell, serve or distribute any food or drink without prior written permission from race management.
PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct, etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.
PARKING
Please notify Karissa of the number of parking spots you will need on race day. There will be designated parking spots for sponsors in the lot, and security will direct you to those spots. Please note that the

Driving Directions to the Race:
- From the North: Lake Shore Drive will close at 31st Street at 6:00 AM
- If accessing Lake Shore prior to 6:00 AM, exit at 57th Street to proceed to parking garages and street meters. Those accessing Lake Shore after 6:00 AM will need to exit at 31st Street, proceed westbound to King Dr. and south to 55th Street.
- From the Dan Ryan, take Garfield Blvd exit to Midway Plaisance
- From the Skyway, take Stony Island Exit to Midway Plaisance

FIRE, SAFETY & HEALTH REGULATIONS
Exhibitors agree to comply with local, city and state laws, ordinances and regulations. Exhibitors are responsible for all fire precautions.
SECURITY
Security will be provided at all times in Jackson Park. Overnight security will also be present on Saturday. Life Time is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.
