The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy’s Executive Director Lindsay Colbert is “Running the L” to raise awareness and funds for a mission dear to her and to her organization: improving the lives of patients with peripheral neuropathy. The Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy (FPN) focuses on education and research programs on peripheral neuropathy to help patients today while searching for a cure for tomorrow.

Peripheral neuropathy is a life-altering condition that affects over 30 million people in the United States alone. The neurological conditions brings pain, numbness, tingling and a host of other symptoms to patients’ arms, feet, hands, and legs. Walking – no less running- often becomes painful or impossible for patients suffering from peripheral neuropathy. Currently, there is no cure for this terrible condition.

Lindsay is joined by several other FPN supporters who are walking or riding when they aren’t able to run. The goal is to raise awareness for peripheral neuropathy, and support FPN in furthering its mission to improve patients’ lives. To find out more about FPN, and its mission and programs, please go to
