5K Information

START TIME: APPROXIMATELY 8:00 A.M.

The 3rd Running of the 5K will take place on September 12, the same day as the Chicago Half Marathon, and actually uses the same start line and finish line as the Chicago Half. The 5K will start at approximately 8:30 a.m. and will be a great opportunity for friends and families to participate before they cheer their loved ones on to the finish. The 5K will carry a 50-minute time limit for completion, or 13 minute per mile pace. The course will take you through beautiful Jackson Park and participants will receive many of the same perks as the half marathon participants.
